Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of peptides, most products are non-returnable.

We only accept returns for unopened, sealed items reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom peptides, temperature-sensitive products, and any opened items cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our error. Do not send anything back without contacting us first for authorization.
